Personal Reflections:

This was a year of learning! Based on my personal experiences at Ground Zero just a week after 9/11, we witnessed many surprises in people and companies who did (and who didn't) do right for themselves and for others this past year. Here are my personal highlights, two positive and one relieved closure:

First, my Nix Negativity NOW™ teleclass for Hurricane Relief was a real success. Charities confirmed donations from our participants - some their first ever donation to a charity! It is my honor to keep the notes and recording available online free for our valued Capability Improvement Community^®.

Second, it was an honor to be selected to the 'Top 100 Corporate Coaches in the World'. As the leading coaching portal, 24-7 Coaching evaluated our 30 years of successful business and very satisfied clients. It is my honor too to continue linking you to other world-class colleagues and programs too.

Third, it required an Arbitrator to force KIA Motors to take back our unsafe car - 14 months after the battery exploded with repeated stalling and 'unexplained sudden acceleration' to follow. This customer service fiasco is well documented in my blog, the Media and online forums. Summary: even with dozens of affidavits (witnessed cases), over 120 days in KIA garages and constant contact directly with KIA (including HQ in Korea), KIA claimed the problems just didn't exist. Even called us liars - twice. Interesting how the Arbitrator found four serious 'ghosts' within their first day of inspection. Know of anyone thinking of buying a KIA?
